Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is due upon making your reservation.
The deposit may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, personal or agency
check, or money order. The amount for the deposit is 10% of
your total bill for your booking period.
Rent: Full rental payment is due the day
of
your arrival.
Stays of 30 days or longer: For stays of
30 days or longer, rental payment is due 45 days prior to
arrival. Cancellations made with 30 days or more notice will
be honored and rental payment will be returned, less a $35.00
processing fee and deposit. Cancellations with less than 30
days notice will forfeit all advance funds unless we can re-book
your rental dates.
Check-in time: 3:00 pm
Check-out time: 10:00 am
Cleaning: Your rental will be professionally
cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after your departure.
The fee for these cleanings is $100.00 and will be included
in your bill at the time of reservation. Any extra cleaning
due to blatant abuse or neglect will be charged to your credit
card, as will any damages deemed to be excessive to daily
use.
Maintenance and repairs: We make every effort
to insure that all equipment within each rental and pool area
is in working order. In the event of a breakdown, we will
strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being
notified. We cannot guarantee that fans, televisions, appliances,
ect. will not break down during your stay. Therefore no adjustments
will be made in the case of mechanical failures beyond our
control. We also do not control the weather, so no adjustments
will be made in case of inclement weather. Don’t laugh
it happens.
Miscellaneous:
A credit card number is required for all reservations.
All rentals are nonsmoking, and no pets allowed. Violations
of this policy will lead to an extra cleaning charge equal
to two nights rent.
Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Once you have reserved at a quoted rate it will not change.
